Document Assembly for Minnesota Attorneys
mndocs is the document assembly system created by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Access to mndocs is limited to active members of the MSBA. This site, however, operates to provide mndocs templates to a limited number of extended access users, such as law students, paralegals, and other attorneys who are not members of the MSBA but wish to purchase the system for use in a legal practice. If you are in a class where mndocs is being demonstrated or used, please register with this site by completing our registration form. If your registration information matches our pre-approved list of authorized extended access users, you will then shortly receive instructions on how to download the mndocs template set.
If you are a current member of the MSBA, do not register for access to mndocs through this site. You should visit the MSBA mndocs site, which is at www.mndocs.org.
If you are not a member but are interested in joining the MSBA, consult the MSBA web site for more information. In addition to attorneys, paralegals are also eligible to join the MSBA.
